Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects including Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific information technology project requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Orderto-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services;
• Utilizing Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Jira, and ServiceNow to support and oversee Functional Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
• Conducting FSCM business process workshops, utilizing Oracle Unified Method (OUM) to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle ERP Procurement, Sourcing, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Order Management, and WMS modules;
• Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis templates to design Oracle ERP Procurement, Sourcing, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Order Management, and WMS system landscapes;
• Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems, via Oracle Integration Cloud Service;
• Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams, and finalizing system requirements, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Word;
• Overseeing the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS Project and PowerPoint; and
• Managing the design and delivery of user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing MS 365.
