Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Morristown, New Jersey and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects including software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
•50% Travel required nationally.
•Telecommuting permitted.
•Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Managing all phases of Waterfall and Agile information technology project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and EPIC Tapestry for enterprise-level health plan clients; Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support information technology project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Microsoft (MS) tools Vizio, Excel, and PowerPoint; Utilizing continuous design and continuous development frameworks to manage the design and development of information technology project solutions; Managing functional and technical Unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), utilizing Test Automation and management tools Worksoft, Micro Focus Lifecycle Management (ALM), Atlassian Jira, and MS Azure to ensure successful design and implementation of information technology project solutions; Supervising teams focused on Application Modernizations, Data Migration and System Integrations; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into information technology project designs, utilizing Confluence, Requirements & Test Management for Jira (RTM), and MS Excel; Tracking and reporting on information technology project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely information technology project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing Atlassian Jira, Micro Focus ALM and MS Azure DevOps tools such as Azure boards and Azure monitor; and Managing the information technology project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of information technology project tasks through communication of work schedules and accountability, better coordination at workstream level, building trust and inclusion, and encouraging openness in communications.
