Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects including SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
•Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP S/4 HANA and SAP FIORI;
•Working across phases of the Hybrid Agile-Waterfall Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) including Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, Testing, Feedback, Deploy and Run phases, for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) and SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) modules;
•Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP FICO, SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), SAP Material Management (MM), SAP Billing & Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), and SAP RAR in the client’s landscape;
•Leading large-scale SAP S/4 HANA FICO and RAR implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
•Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP FICO, RAR, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Lucidchart and Hybrid AgileWaterfall Methodology;
•Managing project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Jira;
•Utilizing HP-ALM to support and perform Functional Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and
•Performing SAP FICO – Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Accounts Receivables (FI-AR), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), General Ledger (FI-GL), Banking, Product Costing (CO-PC) and SAP RAR production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing HP-ALM.

Annual Salary: $131,175.00-$218,625.00
