Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Bentonville, Arkansas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including software advisory and implementation services to help bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability; design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Conduct business alignment/requirement workshops to review current state supply chain processes, documenting key gaps and pain points, evaluating technology options, and validating final functional and technical requirements. Manage the creation of walkthrough as-is and to-be process maps, confirming future state landscape and architecture, and translating the requirements into project designs. Interface directly with client stakeholders in process workshops during the design process to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents. Manage aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

50% Travel required nationally. Telecommuting permitted. Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Leading workshops and large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations for consumer or Retail and manufacturing industries; Designing process-oriented solutions to handle unique business process requirements with SAP modules Material Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM) processes helping business teams to ease their day-to-day business operations; Analyzing the existing AS-IS delivery model analysis for fit gap solution prototype along with client stakeholders, technical teams, and business process while documenting the end-to-end discussions for further audit and compliance process reviews; Outlining the project objectives to all stakeholders, establishing goals and deliverables, handling defects with IT Service Management, and analyzing the change Control transferring the changes into the production environment, ensuring smooth change propagation throughout project lifecycle process; Leading Quality Assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including workshop decks, functional design specifications, proposed technical solutions, test scripts and training manuals utilizing ALM, Gant Charts, and ServiceNow while performing production rollouts and lead post-production Hypercare support and defect resolutions; Automating the actions on issues resulting from other integrated tools and streamlining incident tracking and resolution processes spanning across multiple tools, utilizing Bi-directional synchronization of ServiceNow artifacts such as Incidents, Problems, Changes, Vendors and Knowledgebase with artifacts in other tools; Utilizing tools ALM, ServiceNow support and perform Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Volume Performance testing (VPT) to ensure successful design and implementation of SAP ERP project solutions in the areas of SAP modules MM, EWM, and TM processes; Working with project teams and delivery, tracking, and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resource allocations, utilizing SWOT analysis, Project Triangle Analysis (scope, time, and money) and other project drivers for risks which could affect scope, activities, milestones, project budget & expenses, and project finish date and layout a detail plan.
