Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Specialist in Denver, Colorado and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the insurance, financial services, healthcare, state and local government, telecom, and retail industries. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities; understand business use cases and draft test cases that describe system requirements, entry criteria, and exit criteria. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, and coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Research user reported issues, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Drive test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
•Performing assessments of existing information systems and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, utilizing HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT) tool, Jira, Perforce, Java, and Salesforce technology applications;
•Reviewing test cases, performing peer review and allocation of tasks, generating execution reports and dashboards, and conducting various types of testing, including System Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), using HP UFT, Jira, and Oracle 11i for database validation;
•Performing testing of sub-components of larger application systems, integrating the applications with each other, and continuously optimizing the system structure to improve stability and performance, utilizing Jira, SoapUI, Ride user interface, and Load Tester;
•Performing Functional Testing on customized Mobile Applications, using simulated mobile environments, and testing various versions of iOS and Android devices;
•Conducting Defect Triage meetings, tracking defects and resolving issues, and generating defect reports for executives, using Bugzilla, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), HP Quality Center (QC), and Jira;
•Participating in requirements gathering with the client and stakeholders, preparation of test plans in Jira, and Quality Assurance (QA) Estimation in both manual and automation efforts;
•Building an Automated Regression test suite, preparing test plans, automation test strategy documents, and enhancing test scripts, QA Estimation in both manual and automation efforts, and using Robot framework, SOAP UI, and Jira Defect management tools;
•Testing interfaces and running jobs using $Universe and connectivity tools, including WinSCP, FileZilla and Putty, testing interface jobs between main applications, and ensuring data is loaded from files for validation.

Annual Salary: $97,875.00-$163,125.00
