Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Morristown, New Jersey and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive the development of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. Participate in the delivery of comprehensive network transformation projects; help achieve the most out of existing infrastructure. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, by driving the design and development. Drive various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, leading development teams, and providing technical leadership and support to project teams;
Facilitating design workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) or stakeholders, and conducting mapping for Boomi and Apigee integrations;
Creating technical and functional specifications, including process flows, logic diagrams, data mapping models, process models, and pseudo code, using Swagger and OpenAPI;
Designing and deploying end-to-end cloud infrastructure, using Azure DevOps methodology;
Performing root cause analysis and documenting results, using Azure DevOps methodology;
Assisting teams in deployment to development, testing, and production environments, utilizing webMethods, Boomi, MuleSoft, and Apigee; and
Driving the planning, process design, estimation, architecture design, code development, testing support, production release and system support procedures, and defect management project stages, leveraging Azure DevOps and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
