Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Austin, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the following:
Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing SDLC and Waterfall methodology using JIRA and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
Developing functional specifications for custom design and development and interface with external systems utilizing C#.Net, VB.Net, and ASP.NET with Visual Studio;
Utilizing Kofax, OneReach.ai, and Abbyy scripts to build, maintain, and deploy Optical Character Recognition and Artificial Intelligence based applications;
Monitoring application server performance of Client servers using Oracle, MS SQL, and Mainframe systems, utilizing SolarWinds and RPA Features including Control Room or Orchestrator;
Working across all phases of the Agile or Scrum lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement RPA and AI Strategic projects for enterprise-level clients;
Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing Process Re engineering and mapping using tools including Visio, Signavio, IBM Blueworks, Tableau, Power BI and Microsoft Project
Professional; and
Utilizing industry best practices to support end to end system testing, functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, and documenting testing results to ensure successful design, development and implementation of solutions.
