Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Sacramento, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive the designing and prototyping of customer-facing growth strategies and innovation portfolios to enable global Fortune 500 companies to innovate and achieve new market/industry penetration in targeted geographies. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Organize and determine customer profiles, campaign management, and offer management, and differentiate service offerings to demonstrate Deloitte’s capabilities. Identify and address the unique needs and challenges of various customers. Analyze digital platforms and engage users from different demographics in order to assess the risk potential for negative user experience. Generate innovative ideas and participate in decision making with engagement management. Build and nurture strong client relationships. Assume responsibility for small components of engagements; contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that products & deliverables comply with the contract or work plan.
--50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
--Driving the design of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, including Pricing Waterfall Analysis, Funnel Progression, Customer Segmentation, Margin Scatter Plot, and Price Bands Analysis and developing advanced dashboard functionalities, utilizing Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and
CRM Analytics;
--Creating highly detailed user flows and process flows, annotated wireframes, and designing interactions for complex applications, utilizing Microsoft Vision and diagrams.net;
--Performing data manipulation, analysis, and modeling and developing data charts, data lookups, array functions, think cell graphs, and planning and optimization models, utilizing Tableau and Denodo;
--Performing analytics and building visualizations, including Tableau worksheets, dashboards, stories, trendlines and statistics, maps, geocoding, data manipulation, visuals and data analysis of whale curves, Pareto charts, dispersion graphs, and heatmaps, utilizing Tableau, and SQL Server Reporting
Services;
--Determining marketing strategy using analytics insights for manufacturing, healthcare, and tax industries to advise on demand generation and campaign strategies based on market benchmark, customer segmentation, marketing funnel assessment and ROI (Return on Investment) analysis;
--Working cross-functionally with business users, subject matter experts, and sponsors across global regions and business functions to define business needs and refine Cloud marketing strategies;
--Building, maintaining, and improving data infrastructure to support marketing Business Intelligence (BI) efforts, utilizing SQL Server, Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Power BI; and
--Mentoring junior practitioners by providing feedback, sharing project experiences, and supporting network-building.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $113,651.00 - $179,875.00.
