Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Manager in San Jose, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Lead information technology projects including software development and implementation services of SAP products. Lead day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process; and develop proposal pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities; manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the SAP community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices;
Organizing and leading pursuit teams, leading proposal development efforts, and contributing to the development of proposal-pricing strategies;
Delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies utilizing key industry trends, business portfolio solutions, enterprise value Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), advanced analytics, and automation & process mining tools;
Leading global project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Staffing and Deliverable Tracker, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) Logs, Program Governance Model, RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Informed, Consulted) Matrix, Communication and Change Management Plan using Microsoft (MS) Office and Microsoft (MS) Teams.
Defining deliverable content and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top client management levels;
Developing practical solutions and methodologies, as well as "thought-ware" and "point-of-view" documents, utilizing next-gen industry trends, business use cases, Gartner Magic Quadrant, quantitative market research, SAP BO Analytics Portfolio, and participating in public speaking events; and
Developing and executing networking strategies, sales tracking mechanisms, pitch presentations, and document analysis aimed at increasing client engagements, using Microsoft (MS) Project, MS Teams, MS Office Suite, Power BI (Business Intelligence), SAP Analytics Cloud, and Tableau.

Annual Salary: $179,171.00 - $278,875.00
