Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation services to help companies address Supply Chain business processes and other business needs, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, and testing to deployment, as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities for Supply Chain network optimization, including baseline and optimized scenario modeling, center of gravity analysis, sequential objective optimization, landed cost analysis, scenario comparative assessment, and sensitivity analysis. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers, and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications. Improve internal processes, and promote Supply Chain knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
--50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to manage information technology projects;
• Utilizing .net Framework, Angular, and Blue Yonder to perform software design and development;
• Evaluating existing client supply chain processes and technologies to develop strategic recommendations;
• Designing future states of business for supply chain processes by employing Agile, and Scrum methodologies, and using Blue Yonder;
• Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process, and contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies;
• Engaging with key stakeholders in identifying, defining and prioritizing key product features through Return on Investment (ROI) analysis;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Blue Yonder, .net framework, and Agile methodology; and
• Utilizing supply chain frameworks and Six Sigma Lean principles to design lean business processes using Blue Yonder, and o9.
