Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage SAP software advisory, information technology project, and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, and interpret and report on outputs. Oversee the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation, ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the advancement of pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

50% Travel required nationally.Telecommuting permitted.Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of related work experience. Will accept a bachelor’s equivalent based on any combination of education, experience or credentials as determined by a professional evaluation service. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Delivering components of engagements, evaluating client business, modernizing core systems, and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions utilizing SAP Business Suite;Working across phases of the Agile methodology including Business Blue Print, Build, and Deployment for solutions for enterprise-level clients through use of SAP S/4HANA;Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating with bank applications in the client’s landscape for outbound payments, Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), and Credit Card;Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents using SAP S/4HANA;Participating in project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope, and resources by employing Ascend;Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables including master data and transactional data strategy, and validating pre and post conversion data templates and Cutover tasks by leveraging Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) methodology;Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments using Business Continuity Management (BCM) and accelerators; andPerforming SAP General Ledger (GL), Accounts] Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Project System (PS), and Accounts Receivable (AR) production rollouts, and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution utilizing HP Quality Center (QC).
