Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage software advisory and implementation services in connection to information technology projects to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the information technology project needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the proposal development process for information technology projects and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

50% Travel required nationally

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Coordinating all phases of Agile and Waterfall project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, implementing, tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing Atlassian's Agile suite, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft (MS) Office and MS Excels’ project status report;
Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Gap Analysis, Requirements Gathering and Analysis document spreadsheet;
Utilizing Salesforce.com platform, Workflow, Triggers, Process Builder, Flows, Extract Transform Load (ETL), and data warehousing to manage the design and development of project solutions;
Participating in end-to-end testing of product using, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Security, Integration Testing (SIT), JIRA, Workbench, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), and Validation rules, to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
Reviewing codes and providing recommendations for solution implementation, utilizing Apex Language including Triggers, Roles, Profiles, Permission sets, Page Layouts, and Custom tabs;
Resolving technical issues during project rollouts, utilizing Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce offers REST and SOAP APIs;
Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, utilizing spreadsheet questionnaires, MS Word, and JIRA via User Stories and Epic; and
Coordinating the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, guiding teams focused on deployment sheet and project plan or timeline of engagements.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
