Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects for SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

50% Travel required nationally. Telecommuting permitted. Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Participating and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing Linear Project Management, Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies; Working across phases of the Accelerated SAP (ASAP), Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies, including Requirements gathering, Preparation and planning, Design, Testing and Deployment of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), and Atlassian Jira; Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP on premise systems, SuccessFactors, Cloud Payroll, S/4HANA, legacy and third-party systems applications in the client’s landscape; Leading large-scale SAP transformation, enhancement, upgrade and implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP Standard Workbooks, SolMan, Microsoft (MS) Visio, and Jira; Participating in project teams, project delivery and tracking, and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Gantt charts for Linear Project Management, Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies; Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including Configuration workbooks, Strategy documents, functional and technical designs, and unit testing documents, utilizing SAP standard templates and Best Practices; and Utilizing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), SolMan, and Jira to support and perform functional, technical, End-to-End, System Integration (SIT), and User Acceptance (UAT) testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $196,123.00 -$241,000.00.
