We are seeking an experienced Consulting Integration Engineer to join our team. Consulting Integration Engineer will be responsible for defining, documenting, and maintaining integrations within the ERP space. Candidates should have a proven track record of technical integration analysis, and an ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Candidate will be part of a team responsible for creating, maintaining, and documenting integration between different applications on-prem and/or cloud.
**COMPETENCIES**
**Responsibilities**
Work with functional, technical, and project teams to deliver solutions timely and effectively, follow processes and standards, and build relationships with key stakeholders
Understand business needs and lead the integration design and development (business processes, technology, data, etc.) to support business goals and initiatives
Determining that the outcome of the integration has met the organization’s needs
Throughout implementation, collaborate with the development team and other technical staff to identify and remove roadblocks, and make course corrections to the implementation, as necessary
Ensures that all testing requirements are met and testing results documented
Defining integration strategies and methods and then planning them in accordance with established deadlines and time schedules
Creating and providing technical documentation that explains upcoming or existing integrations to non-technical individuals
Must be able to facilitate the successful and on-time completion of all development tasks, subsequent implementation components and tasks
Lead various projects (both large and small scale) in defining, documenting, piloting, and deployment of integration solutions
Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, data, policies and information systems
Lead the impact analysis of requirement/scope changes, negotiating tradeoffs and facilitating agreement
Ensure our security, networking, and other departments to ensure that our integration solutions meet all established policies
**What qualifications you will need:**
**EDUCATION**
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience – Required
**EXPERIENCE**
7 or more years of experience in Integration Analysis – Required
**Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors**
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills - Required
Experience in Infor tools such as ION and IPA or similar tools" such as MuleSoft, Oracle, etc.- Required
Experience in cloud computing platforms and their associated services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud – Preferred
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, R and Perl for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis – Preferred
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently - Required
Appropriately communicate and integrate with teams and constituencies across the company (strong written and verbal communication skills and effective relationship-building skills) - Required
