The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a SharePoint Webmaster Consultant to be responsible for maintaining websites on unclassified and well-classified networks. The webmaster will be responsible for maintaining a SharePoint Farm on JWICS. Maintain functionality, appearance, and accuracy of websites; in partnership with the Knowledge Manager and the A2 leadership team, keep web/collaboration services up to date on all enclaves; maintain and implement changes and updates to reflect the most current messaging; working with PACAF/A2 staff and ISR team of teams to maintain content integrity on websites, conducting random audits of site content.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Create, implement, and manage the PACAF’s Content Management System including developing sites, lists, libraries, calendars, web parts, and seamlessly integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft products.

Design, code, and test new database-driven applications using Adobe, ColdFusion, Dreamweaver, Microsoft, SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Microsoft InfoPath, Photoshop, HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets.

Engage in project work that includes the development, modification to, or creation of new software and/or Web and data-based applications.

The support may include any area of the software and system development lifecycle including but not limited to implementation of COTS and/or custom systems, legacy migration, integration, and interface to other systems for stand-alone, client-server, Web, or portal-based systems.

Perform development and administration of a SharePoint platform and its building blocks (Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows Server, ASP.NET, Active Directory, and SQL Server).

Update configuration management data within one business day of any modification or update of infrastructure and report the updates/changes in their Monthly Status Reports.

Work with IT team members and third parties to configure and develop the SharePoint platform from the ground up, continuously revising and building upon the platform to meet evolving mission requirements.

Ensure that the mission and business requirements of the Government are mapped to the appropriate SharePoint capabilities.

Design solutions that allow for complete leveraging of all hardware investments (e.g., load balancer, front-end servers, etc.)

Basic Requirements:

A BA/BS degree is required, but work experience (6-8 years) is acceptable with certifications in lieu of degree.

SharePoint certification is a must or newer Office 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert Certification is acceptable.

3+ years’ experience with custom coding (X) HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript a plus.

TS/SCI clearance on day 1.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and W3C coding practices.

Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.

Advanced skills in navigating Photoshop and saving images for the web are highly desirable.

Understanding the concepts of progressive enhancement, mobile-first, and future-friendly design is a plus.
