Job Overview
As a Consulting Intern, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, timely solutions to our clients. You will engage in redesigning business processes, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, and developing insightful proposals and client-specific solutions.
Essential Functions
Client Deliverables: Deliver high-quality, on-time deliverables for client projects in the life sciences field.Industry Knowledge: Gain broad knowledge across several industries and specialty areas such as life sciences, management, data, technology, primary and secondary market research, and performance management.Business Process Redesign: Redesign existing business processes and develop new ones.Analysis: Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues.Client Requirements: Review and analyze client requirements to develop value-added proposals.Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and present complete client-specific solutions and recommendations in the primary market research area.Reporting: Create comprehensive client reports.Problem-Solving: Connect business problems to appropriate solutions and offerings on primary market research area.Project Focus: Focus on project-based work and solution-driven initiatives.Business Development: Identify follow-on work and new leads to develop and elevate new business opportunities for the PMR business.Client Follow-Up: Provide follow-up with clients after project deliverables are complete to ensure client satisfaction.Strategic Consulting: Implement initiatives into business operations, with elements of strategic consulting.Qualifications
Education: Currently finishing a Bachelor’s Degree or Masters.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for a professional work environment.Problem-Solving: Demonstrated effective problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Proficiency: Proficiency in tasks aligned with the role.Teamwork: Evidence of strong teamwork and communication skills.You don't have professional experience within the pharma sector (except for other internships)Why Join Us?
