In this role, you will support the programs operations by providing your experience in organizational and digital transformation to expand the footprint of the program.

Requirements:

Experience evaluating programs, projects, and policies by conducting research, and performing data analysisStrong research-related skillsExcellent communication and writing skillsFamiliarity with advising senior leadership on strategic mattersExperience consulting commercial and/or government clients of large organizationsFive (5) years of experience as a management consultantBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Organizational Psychology (or related discipline) from an accredited college or universityActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Highly Preferred:

Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in a related disciplinePrior programming/data science experience
