As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

This role helps project manage a given VAMCs transition to Post Go Live.  Each VAMC is measured on 9 key objectives throughout the life-cycle of transition.  To do this the team goes onsite and executes current state reviews for support, holds readiness kickoffs, executes support fundamentals I, II, and III training classes, educates on ticketing processes, educates on block upgrades, holds table-tops, and then executes similar sessions through workflow adoption activities after go-live.  All of this is to prepare the VAMC for after go live so that they can adequately support the end users at a local level.  This PM will own these events at 1-2 sites.
