What You'll Do
As a Talent Manager at INVERTO, you will be at the heart of cultivating and managing our most important asset—our people. This role is integral to shaping INVERTO’s success by driving the professional growth and development of our North America team. By collaborating across diverse teams and functions, you will help create an environment where individuals thrive, delivering exceptional impact for themselves, the firm, and our clients.
Partnering closely with leadership, you will guide career development, optimize staffing decisions, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences while building a strong talent pipeline. Your contributions will foster a high-performing, people-focused culture where employees are empowered to excel. Specifically, you will:
Guide the professional development of our North America team by managing comprehensive career development processes, with a focus on aligning individual aspirations and organizational goals.Lead learning and development initiatives, creating opportunities for skill enhancement, collaboration, and innovation.Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts, cultivating an inclusive and supportive workplace that reflects INVERTO’s values.Take on evolving responsibilities, expanding your expertise and contributing to broader talent strategies.
Career Life Cycle Management
Guide employees on career pathways, offering tailored advice to align individual aspirations with organizational goals.Partner with leadership to craft and implement annual mobility strategies, considering business demands and capacity constraints.Collaborate with teaming/internship coaches to enhance project experiences and internship programs by pairing employees with optimal managers.Shape staffing decisions to promote diversity, optimize talent deployment, and improve overall employee experiences.Act as a strategic thought partner, collaborating with Career Development (CD) committee chairs to define priorities and review feedback.Staffing
Manage staffing efforts to balance business needs, career development goals, and resource optimization.Deploy resources effectively, ensuring alignment with immediate and long-term organizational objectives while optimizing team design.Partner with consulting teams to optimize utilization, track billability, and create scalable processes.Build strong relationships with client-facing staff to identify development opportunities and plan training schedules collaboratively with various L&D teams.Onboarding
Oversee the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into INVERTO and their initial teams.Coordinate cross-functional integration of lateral hires, leveraging regional resources to deliver consistent onboarding experiences.Facilitate engaging onboarding sessions, assigning buddies and ensuring regular follow-ups to foster inclusion and readiness.
Talent Pipeline Management
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to design and execute impactful talent strategies.Act as a bridge between consulting teams and recruiting efforts, refining the hiring process to meet evolving business needs.Support talent acquisition leaders by:Coaching interviewers and refining recruiting content, while leveraging feedback to improve intern pairings and first case experiences.Identifying, onboarding, and coaching interview teams for recruitment and branding events.What You'll Bring

That's why we operate on a hybrid model, with the expectation that team members will be in the office 3 to 5 days per week. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.
COMPENSATION
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
