Expertise in proposals (which may include competitive bidding processes) demonstrating Aon services for High Complexity proposals, in line with the client's profile and needs. Pricing of services for new customers / financial and profitability analysis. Organization of the Strategy for developing the technical and commercial proposal – pre-sales (with other areas – requester and service delivery areas). Writing and development of technical and commercial proposals for Aon services. Organization and review/validation of proposal contents versus inputs received from support areas. Layout: preparation of presentations, visually conveying the main messages of the value proposition to the customer. Development, communication and organization in the development of proposals and solutions with other countries exceptional services and innovative solutions to our customers in Brazil. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, engineering, law, economics and related areas. Specialization or postgraduate degree in subjects related to finance, projects, insurance or pensions. Experience in benefits brokers/consultants, insurance companies/operators or financial department of large companies or Business Area with experience in preparing proposals, RFPs and Bid Desk for a service company is desirable. Experience and knowledge in pricing in service companies. Experience with participation in projects. BELT certifications preferred. English | reading, writing and speaking: advanced. Spanish | reading, writing and speaking: desirable. Advanced Excel. VBA / Power BI / Power Query / Power Apps: desirable.
