Job Title: Consumables Sales Consultant
Reporting line: Consumables Sales Manager
Location/Franchise: TBC, Cape Town

 

 

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consumables Consultant to join our team and drive sales of office and school supplies. 

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to understand client requirements, offer knowledgeable product recommendations, and ensure that our customers have the essential supplies they need to thrive.

 

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications Required:

3-5 years’ sales experience would be an advantage Ability to sell, cross sell & upsell  Maintain positive business relationships Achieve agreed sales targets 

Skills and Attributes

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their unique needs and provide tailored recommendations. Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our extensive range of office and school supplies. Stay updated on new products and industry trends. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to ensure they receive the right products in the right quantities. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Utilise various sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximise revenue. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Working Conditions

Working hours are 08h00 to 16h30, Monday to Friday Customer visitations as and when required
