Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Consumer Care Intern to join our Consumer Care team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Data Management:
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Track and report on customer interactions and feedback.Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements. Assist in developing and updating consumer care documentation and resources.Collaboration:
Work closely with the Consumer Care team to ensure consistent and high-quality service. Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest product information and company policies. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th year HBO program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Customer-focused with a proactive attitude. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability: Feb-2025Why Fluke?
