Consumer Digital Research Director

In this role, you will:

Manage and develop digital professional individual contributors with focus on supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a large business line or functional area for cross-functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with the function or affected by its outcomesCreate roadmap opportunities and adoption strategies for mobile app programs and initiatives with large scale impactLead the team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet higher risk deliverables like content creation, CX, analytics, research, and product managementInterpret and develop range of policies and procedures for functions with moderate to higher complexity and riskCollaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadershipManage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business groupDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

8+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of management experience

Expertise in research methodologies, including user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarkingProven ability to lead, manage, and inspire research teamsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of delivering actionable insightsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholdersAdept at working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing multiple prioritiesExperience working on digital products, platforms, or customer experiencesUnderstanding of emerging digital technologies and trendsFamiliarity with financial services or regulated industries is a plusExperience in managing budgets, resources, and working with vendors/contractsAbility to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAbility to create clarity and structure in a complex environmentProficiency in research tools such as Qualtrics, Tableau, UserZoom, UserTesting, Answer Lab, or similar platformsProactive, pragmatic, solution oriented, and service-driven approachContinuous improvement mind-set which ensures a constant forward motion in the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of deliveryFocused on knowledge, but able to interact with and influence power peopleCreative problem-solving skills, with strong analytical capabilities and ability to work energetically towards tight deadlinesBachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Social Sciences, Data Science, Marketing, Business), advanced degree preferred

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$207,900.00 - $431,900.00
