**Job Purpose**
You will play a key role in the new product development process in the Northern Europe hub.
Lead the tracking of product development timelines to ensure bundles are fully ready to launch driving a phenomenal consumer experience
Power user on purchase order system & build capabilities of team on how to lead POs and troubleshoot
**What you will do**
+ Tracking and ensuring crucial steps are completed on time for new product launches in the Northern Europe Hub across oral care and personal care
+ Support the product artwork development and approval process
+ Support the customisation of new products for local markets
+ Partner closely with the e-commerce content specialist to ensure assets are built and shared in a timely manner ahead of launch
+ Collaboration with Digital Content Team, supporting with render management and coordination. Ensuring HTC receives samples of NPDs required for reviews
+ Power User on Purchase Ordering system - Ariba, which includes testing new PO systems from time to time and giving feedback
+ Support IMC & Media Manager with raising/amending POs, Work alongside members of the media agencies team to tackle PO/invoice issues and attend monthly call to discuss/resolve
+ Team purchases ad hoc offices expenses, management of Consumer Experience team AMEX and monthly reconciliation
+ Support Consumer Experience team members “how to” & troubleshooting raising tickets and access for key business systems, i.e. BEAT, Popbox, Ariba & MDGM & support on administrative knowledge i.e product shipments from one CP office to another
+ Occasional ad hoc assisting to Marketing Directors i.e meals, smalls events, team building, owner of org chart

+ Provide effective support to the marketing team on a number of projects simultaneously
+ Ensuring that key collaborators are completing tasks timeously
+ Flagging any issues and concerns with enough time for changes and solutions to be found throughout the new product process
+ Being a great partner with numerous collaborators across functions and geographies
