**Consumer Health Strategy Intern**
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
+ Support Financial Planning, Modeling, and Analysis;
+ Provide ad-hoc financial support for the team and senior management;
+ Analyze historical financial data for Categories and Sustainability, identifying trends and key performance indicators;
+ Collaborate with team members to understand and apply best practices in financial reporting for different business units;
+ Assist in planning and execution of BD&L, M&A and divestments;
+ Participating in planning for mid to small-scale projects;
+ Assist the team in financial analysis tasks related to planning, gaining hands-on experience in strategic financial planning;
+ Collaborate in Enterprise Productivity Programs;
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of productivity programs;
+ Identify cost-saving opportunities, driving efficiencies that enhance overall operational effectiveness and resource allocation;
+ Monitor and report on the impact of productivity initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to leadership on how to maximize return on investment and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
**WHO YOU ARE**
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Program preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
+ Strong collaboration, strategic thinking and problem solving skills;
+ Ability to work in a team environment;
+ Ability to travel internationally for 10% of the internship.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $19.60 to $45.35 Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
