The role you’ll contribute:

The Consumer Insights Sr Analyst is responsible for tasks related to data collection, analysis, and report development. The Sr Analyst is responsible for engaging with the internal teams and stakeholders in reviewing key business needs, and to guide program delivery, collaborate on product selection, document business processes, and analytical needs and become a subject matter expert on analytical and consumer insight tools.

The Sr. Analyst transforms data into actionable insights that inform the organization’s strategic decisions and drive business value. This role works closely with operational, financial and IT teams to query and acquire data, organize/ and analyze it, and identify trends and patterns. Under minimal supervision, the Sr. Analyst collaborates with functional area staff across the Central Florida Division to understand business workflows and build actionable metrics and dashboards to support consumer operations & strategies.

The Sr. Analyst is responsible for providing senior leadership with relevant, accurate, and timely business intelligence and performance reporting at month-end consumer closes at the region, market and medical group levels.

Our team consists of team members who are consumer obsessed. This person is passionate about data, results oriented, and likes challenging the status-quo to drive consumer insights. The Sr. Analyst, Consumer Insights is extremely proactive, motivated, well-organized and can manage multiple projects. The position will report directly to the Director, Consumer Operations.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Subject matter expert on analytical and consumer insights tools

· Monitors dashboards and reports to provide recommendations on best practices

· Designs, develops and maintains reports, scorecards, and dashboards that effectively tell the story of the data and highlight anomalies in a manner that can be easily understood and acted upon

Collaborates with stakeholders to review consumer feedback from various listening channels (Medallia, Press Ganey, reputation management) to identify trends and actionable insights to improve consumer experience

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

· Bachelor’s degree in field such as Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or Healthcare-related field

· A minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare setting or computer science or operational support/analysis

· 5 years’ experience working to provide business intelligence or decision support
