Job Description

Come join a high performing marketing team and make an impact on the lives of patients! The MAVYRET consumer team exists to help reach, educate and motivate patients to seek treatment. The marketing manager will have an opportunity to contribute to all aspects of MAVYRET consumer marketing, including gathering insights, creating new tactics and optimizing a significant media plan. The marketing manager will be responsible for leading agencies to develop best-in-class marketing that resonates with patients in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager will work closely with multiple commercial operations teams to ensure success in the development of strategy, creative and execution plans. Internally, the Marketing Manager will foster positive working relationships with the sales force, medical affairs, medical review, market research, sales training, regulatory review, business analytics, paid media, the Digital Lab and other cross franchise teams. 

Externally, the Marketing Manager works with various ad agencies, consultants, and other vendors to successfully drive the business.  The Marketing Manager must demonstrate the ability to lead without authority, while building a collaborative, integrated commercial brand team. 

The Consumer Marketing Manager will lead a variety of projects that build consumer awareness of and engagement with MAVYRET.  

Projects include:

Optimize website in partnership with digital agency and digital labLead social/digital creative execution, including Facebook, Instagram, Reddit and programmatic campaignsDevelop point of care and out of home campaignsLead yearly media briefing and planning processPartner with analytics, media and Digital Lab teams to optimize media investmentsManage patient testimonial agencyPartner with insights team to conduct patient and messaging researchEvolve printed materials including brochures and postersFuture leadership of yearly cross functional brand planning process
Qualifications
Bachelor's degreeRelevant brand marketing experience; consumer marketing experience preferredCompetency in core marketing capabilities such as creative development, positioning, optimization across the marketing mixProven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, including timeline and budget managementAbility to understand medical/clinical aspects of a pharmaceutical product and its application to marketing strategy and tactical execution

 

Preferred:

Demonstrated experience planning and executing omnichannel digital marketing programs, including: audience identification, messaging development, media planning, creative development, and campaign optimizationExperience working with and managing multiple external agencies including creative, digital, and internal cross functional partners.Experience leading yearly brand and media planningAbility to influence senior managementDemonstrated ability to work within regulated industry

Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
