About the role

Chubb is offering an exciting opportunity in Consumer Operations for individuals with strong analytical and process-driven mindsets. In this role, you will contribute to the running of the operation as well as actively participating in the transformation and enhancement of our systems and service offerings. Reporting to the Operations Manager - Consumer Lines, North, you will collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service across consumer operations activities. 

Key responsibilities:

Drive and participate in local (Nordic and Benelux countries) and regional (EMEA) projects in collaboration with service providers and/or central IT teams Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)   Identify improvement opportunities, complete enhancement requests, conduct business case analysis, and present findings to management Responsible for reporting various aspects to relevant stakeholders, presenting data and insights clearly Manage third-party relationships, ensuring compliance and driving cost control and process improvement Develop and implement strategies for improving billing efficiency and promoting digitalisation of the payment system Analyse billing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and automation Coordinate and participate in functional system tests Administer and maintain business systems and tools in various areas Ensure accurate execution of daily/weekly/monthly tasks Log incidents and follow up until resolution Manage related projects as required 

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred Native/bilingual level in Swedish and/or any other Nordic language, and professional level in EnglishMinimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar roleAbility to analyse and improve operational processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and time management skillsFamiliarity with billing and payment systems and processesAttention to detail and ability to accurately document processesProject management and/or consulting experience in a related industry is a plusStrong proficiency in using office software applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
