Challenging the status quo, and driving data backed decision makingIdentifying key metrics, conducting rigorous explorative data analysis, creating executive facing reports and presentationsSynthesizing large volumes of data with attention to granular details and presenting findings and recommendations to senior-level stakeholdersCollaborating effectively with cross functional stakeholders from product, marketing, finance, data engineering & other analytics teamsSupporting multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentWorking independently on complex business problems

What do you need to bring:

At least 5 years of experience analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable solutionsB.S. in a quantitative field, advanced degrees preferredFluent in SQL; at least one scripting language such as Python or R; basic statistics; and comfortable working with large, complex, and potentially messy datasetsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence cross-functional teamsA passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity
