You.

We are looking for a Senior Account Director to join our Brand, Social and Influencer team. As a Senior Account Director, you'll have the opportunity to work across two huge clients, spanning campaign work across personal health, grooming, beauty and haircare.

What you'll do:

Clients: Act as a strategic client advisor – demonstrate an ability to deliver meaningful business results and trouble shoot problems as they arise Strategic Execution: Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset - cross-sell and implement new ways to meet client needs through a deep understanding of Ketchum’s capabilities and knowing when to engage other experts/teams/Create Business Development: Take a leadership role in seeking incremental and new business opportunities, the pitching process, and networking People Focus: Take a leadership role in acquisition of junior talent Financial Acumen: Manage the operationalisation of accounts, ability to scope, manage client budgets, assess staff needs, fee estimates, reporting, etc.

PR Expertise: Previous PR experience across relevant industries to Account Director level Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment, partnering with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to drive success. Passion for DE&I: You understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion and are eager to contribute to a workplace where everyone's voice is heard and valued, playing a pivotal role in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Innovation Mindset: You keep up with emerging trends in social media, influencer marketing, and media relations, applying them creatively to your strategies.
