As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for crafting and producing Graphic Design assets from concept to final artwork. If selected, you will focus on the creative style guide development for Parks and Consumer Products. We build graphic design and character art for Style Guides used for park merchandise. You may get to craft art for all the Disney, Star Wars, Pixar, and even Marvel stories that will build tangible memories for our park guests!
What You Will Do
Develop Graphic Design & Branding for Product Development style guides and portfolios across multiple franchises under the direction of project design leadsArt style/new technique creative development to coordinate with trends in the marketplaceContribute new graphic design ideas and participate in brainstorming sessionsMaintain Graphic Design standards that meet brand guidelines and strategiesRequired Qualifications & Skills
Possess an awareness of design, fashion, and market trendsAble to build strong POV or mood boards for projectsStrong traditional and digital drawing skills in addition to concepting capabilitiesSkilled in Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)Proven graphic design, layout, color and illustration skillsExperience in design production; including art file cleanup, template conversion and document creationAbility to multi-task and work on multiple projects meeting tight deadlinesRequired Materials

Currently enrolled as a Senior, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.Be at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorizationAdditional Information

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $22.00 per hour.
