The Consumer Real Estate Underwriter I analyzes, evaluates, and approves credit applications on a direct and indirect basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and approving credit applications on a direct or indirect basis.Meets or communicates with dealers and customers regarding credit decisions and loan information.Inputs credit information into the Decision Pro System for analysis and evaluation.Monitors customer loan payments and takes necessary action to control past due accounts.Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or its equivalent is required, andTwo to four years of work-related experience, on-the-job training, and/or vocational training.Computer Skills
