**Job Description:** + We are seeking a Brand Strategist to join our Platforms & Devices team who will collaborate across product areas and cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges, identify market opportunities, and craft impactful brand experiences that resonate with our target consumers. **Responsibilities:** + Conduct in-depth research and analysis to define and understand our target audience segments. + Develop rich consumer personas that inform product strategy and marketing campaigns. + Partner with analytics team to define how we track key attributes across Platforms & Devices product areas. + Collaborate on the development and evolution of brand positioning and visual and verbal identities for our Platforms & Devices products. + Identify opportunities to create cohesive and engaging narratives that connect our products across platforms and devices. + Partner with Brand leads to author clear, insightful, and inspiring marketing briefs that guide campaign development. + Develop comprehensive brand frameworks & architectures that articulate positioning, narrative, and product propositions to drive business objectives and serve as a north star for all marketing and communication efforts. **Experience:** + 8 years of relevant experience. + Proven experience in brand planning or a related strategic marketing role. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. + Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. + A passion for understanding consumer behaviour and market trends. **Skills:** + Brand campaign + Brand Planning + Consumer Insight + Market trends **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
