Consumer & Trade Research Manager
About the position:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Research Manager with expertise in leading, managing, and implementing high-quality quantitative and qualitative research projects for the US market.
This critical role will provide actionable insights to inform winning portfolio, brand, trade, and distribution strategies, directly impacting our Marketing and Sales teams' success.

To provide accurate and business-related information on market, brands, pricing, channel, consumer trends and impact of competitive activities.
Responsibilities: Research Leadership & Management: Lead and manage all aspects of the research process, from initial design and methodology selection to execution, analysis, and presentation of findings. Actionable Recommendations: Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for Marketing and Sales teams to drive strategic decision-making and optimize their initiatives. Market Modeling: Build and manage market models on consumer behavior across diverse channels and consumer categories to anticipate future trends and offer valuable information. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitive activities to find opportunities and threats and provide recommendations for strategic responses. Staying Current: Stay abreast of the latest research methodologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with marketing, sales, regional, and global teams to understand their needs, communicate research progress, and present findings clearly. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex data sets, synthesize key insights, and build comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively. Vendor Management: Collaborate effectively with external research companies, online resources, and publications to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis. Budget Management: Manage research budgets effectively and ensure projects are completed within **prioritized** resources. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Research, or a related field. Proven experience (5 years minimum) in market research, with a focus on quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Solid grasp of the US market and consumer behavior; experience in developing and completing research projects for various marketing initiatives. Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools. Excellent project-management and organization skills. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels and across all fields of the organization.
