The Work Itself Increase dealer portfolio revenue by practicing sound underwriting judgement and upholding Ally's risk management principles Leverage high-touch and high-tech capabilities to negotiate contracts Demonstrate market awareness, strong listeninig, and adaptability as you build and cultivate strong relationships with dealers Requires flexibility in work schedule; evening hours, limited travel, and weekends required The Skills You Bring 1+ years in auto finance consumer underwriting or Auto Dealership Finance (prime, sub-prime, and /or non-prime) required 3+ years of Auto consumer underwriting highly preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent sales, negotiations, problem solving, and analytical skills Quarterly travel will be required Self-starter with a high level of productivity and sense of ownership, witih the ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to new situations Familiarity with the Auto Finance industry, consumer credit, and trend analysis/anlaytics with the ability to work independently and drive your business results How We'll Have Your Back

Base Pay Range: $55000 - $95000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.  Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
