Contact Center Agent – US Payroll
**Country:** Mexico **Location:** LOC5017: Carrier - Finance Shared, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico **_Role Summary:_** As a Contact Service Agent, you will service as first point of contact for all Payroll-related inquiries. **_Key Job Responsibilities:_** + Intake and manage payroll-related enquiries from employees and Business Unit partners + Resolve and close inquiries as first-point-of contact where possible + Reset payroll employee self-service passwords + Provide a high level of support by ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner + Liaise effectively with Payroll Team to ensure inquiries are resolved in a satisfactory manner **_Qualifications:_** + Great command of spoken and written English + High School degree or equivalent + 3+ years customer service experience in a call center setting (or in a similar environment helping customers over the phone), using ticketing tools such as (but not limited to): Service Now, or Salesforce + Experience with payroll systems + Basic knowledge of Payroll + Excellent customer service skills + Good command of MS Office + Strong written and oral communication skills + Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to details + Strong customer focus and technical aptitude; sense of urgency; strong organizational skills **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
