**Contact Center Associate Trainer** **Location:** Amherst Center (Williamsville, NY). You will be required to be onsite at this location. Hybrid eligibility possible when you are not conducting trainings. **Hours:** The Contact Center is open M-F from 6am to 9pm and Sat-Sun from 9am to 5pm. Flexibility during these hours are required. **Overview:** Schedule, and deliver internal training programs to increase job related skills and knowledge in support of the needs of the assigned businesses **Primary Responsibilities:** + Deliver routine classroom and internal training programs at any of several training locations to support needs of assigned business. + Assist in development of appropriate training materials for training classes. + Assist with course evaluations and suggest changes. Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies. + Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand. + Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. + Complete other related duties as assigned. **Education and Experience Required:** High School or GED 2 years related business experience **Education and Experience Preferred:** Full knowledge of activities and procedures of own job; Good understanding of how the team integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
