Job Description:

At Regions, the Contact Center Electronic Banking Specialist responds to a high volume of customer inquiries about electronic banking and other technical issues.

Primary Responsibilities

Provides excellent customer service and provides answers to client questions within set standardsIdentifies and meets customer needs through providing advice, guidance and education to customers on the full ranges of bank products and services Regions offersUses inbound/outbound telephone techniques to solidify and build client relationshipsAchieves or exceeds performance targets monthly for quality assurance, efficiency, and customer engagementTroubleshoots client’s electronic and mobile banking technical issuesIdentifies and resolves problems promptly with use of critical thinkingSubmits proper and accurate documentation for client needsFollows-through on customer inquiries, requests or complaintsUses systems and/or applications simultaneouslyMaintains patient and positive attitudeProvides insight for continuous improvement of internal systems/servicesPerforms other duties as assigned

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the non-exempt FLSA classification for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

If applying for a position that will work from a remote location and not in a Regions facility, the following technical specifications will be required: 

Download speed of at least 50 megabits per second (Mbps).  The Internet Service Provider (ISP) should be able to furnish this informationUpload speed of at least 5 megabits per second (Mbps). The Internet Service Provider (ISP) should be able to furnish this informationMust test on speedtest.net to confirm download speed or provide documentation from providerSatellite internet cannot be used.  Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi extenders is not permitted when using Regions Equipment.  Ethernet cable must be directly connected from the Internet Router to the Meraki device (provided by Regions).

Strongly Preferred:

Previous banking or call center experience

Troubleshooting experience and ability to multitask using various systems

**The onsite training class is scheduled to start Monday, December 2nd in Nashville, TN**

Training Work Schedule: 

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST for 5 weeks.

After Training Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm CST (One off day during the week- either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday and EVERY Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, off on Sunday. Your off day will be based on the needs of the business and determined during training.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$40,000.00 USD
