What you’ll do:
You'll be the strategic mastermind behind our product-led growth initiatives, focusing on first-use and nurture advocacy for our product experiences. Your role will be crucial in shaping how teams approach onboarding, user education, and long-term engagement. You'll work closely with product, customer success, sales, and content creation teams to develop and implement strategies that turn users into advocates. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping teams enhance the user journey, reducing time-to-value, and fostering a culture of product-led growth across the organization.
What you bring:
You're a product growth strategist who lives and breathes user adoption. Your experience spans the full spectrum of product-led growth, from first-time user experiences to developing sophisticated adoption frameworks. Your background includes working with digital adoption platforms and implementing successful product-led initiatives that have measurably increased user activation and retention. You understand the delicate balance between user education and product experience, and you've mastered the art of reducing time-to-value through strategic touchpoints. You're well-versed in growth metrics and have experience building scalable adoption programs that help turn casual users into power users and advocates. Most importantly, you have a keen sense for identifying adoption barriers and can devise solutions to overcome them.
Expectations and tasks
Develop comprehensive strategies for user onboarding, engagement, and digital adoption
Consult content teams in creating effective onboarding flows, in-app guidance, and educational resources
Work with customer success teams to identify opportunities for improving user adoption and reducing churn
Analyze user behavior data to inform strategy and measure the impact of advocacy initiatives
Lead cross-functional initiatives to align teams around product-led growth principles
Develop and implement strategies to foster a vibrant user community and encourage peer-to-peer learning
Create frameworks and best practices for teams to follow when developing user onboarding and engagement initiatives
Stay current with industry trends in product-led growth, digital adoption, and user engagement strategies
About you
5+ years of experience in user experience strategy, digital adoption, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
Proven track record of driving user adoption and engagement through strategic initiatives
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and strategy development
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience with product-led growth strategies and digital adoption platforms
Familiarity with user onboarding best practices and engagement metrics
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term user success and business growth

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 136300 - 283400(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
