**Job Description**
In this new position, the Marketing Manager reporting to the Head of Content and Communications as part of the North America Marketing team will drive the creation of high-impact collateral and content assets that empower our sales team and engage customers. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product marketing and sales ensuring our messaging is compelling, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
+ Manage the complete cycle of collateral and marketing assets from initial request to compiling of content, copywriting and design, and stakeholder and compliance approvals
+ Develop and execute an intake process that supports product delivery and enhances sales enablement.
+ Create and manage library of sales enablement materials working closely with our Seismic platform team to understand usage and positioning of assets.
+ Collaborate closely with sales, product, and channel marketing to ensure content meets the needs of our prospects and customers.
+ Optimize and refresh existing content to reflect updates as applicable
+ Ensure all content maintains brand consistency, tone, and messaging alignment
+ Work with designers and other stakeholders to produce high quality visually compelling assets
+ Track content effectiveness through engagement metrics and voice of sales
+ Execute creative requirements to deliver compelling product content through clear on-brand creative direction.
+ Ensure all content is compliance approved and conduct Periodic Reviews of all submitted collateral
+ Management of multiple third-party vendors
+ Establish processes and workflows for content creation, approvals, measurement, and distribution.
**Qualifications**
+ 5+years of experience in content marketing, sales enablement, or a related role
+ Experience creating variety of content formats include collateral, pitch slides and case studies
+ Experience in payments or B2B marketing preferred
+ Thrives in an environment that requires daily interface with cross-functional teams throughout the larger organization.
+ Team player. Results- and service-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00 - $127,050.00
