The AWS Executive Briefing Program connects customers with AWS leaders and subject matter experts for highly-personalized discussions on how to leverage AWS to accelerate their cloud journeys. A key component of the customer experience engaging with the briefing program is the quality of the content we present and the expertise of the subject matter experts leading the discussions. The team is seeking a Content and Speaker PM to help drive the content and speaker strategy that supports the program. This candidate will own the optimization and documentation of internal stakeholder engagement mechanisms to create efficiencies in collaboration and enable the program to scale. The candidate will have experience drawing insights from program data to inform decision-making, and will have experience managing complex, globally distributed stakeholder groups.
Key job responsibilities
-Evaluate program performance and drive continuous improvement.
-Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of content, including attendee satisfaction and business impact.
-Analyze feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and optimize content and speaker strategy accordingly.
-Identify and onboard Subject Matter Experts and support enablement initiatives that help them deliver well-structured, informative, and impactful presentations.
A day in the life
-Create and maintain updated program documentation SOPs.
-Partner with stakeholders from across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify and onboard new content/content owners
-Track performance metrics of content and speakers supporting the EBC program and provide regular reporting on performance to content owners.
