Pay: $15 - $18/hour
Content Cleaning and Restoration Responsibilities: Content Organization: Maintain meticulous organization by box and item number throughout the cleaning process. Cleaning and Deodorizing: Clean and deodorize contents to remove any contamination effectively. Contamination Removal: Ensure all contaminants are removed from the contents. Ozone Room Management: Place items in the ozone room for deodorization following established protocols. Repacking and Storage: Repack cleaned contents into new boxes for storage and prepare them for transport back to the insured. Storage Management: Place contents in storage vaults/containers during the reconstruction process. Final Cleaning: Assist with final cleaning tasks on construction projects as required.
Packout Technician Responsibilities (as needed): Inventory Management: Utilize an iPad to take inventory of both salvageable and non-salvageable items. Packing Preparation: Prepare the packing area for efficient packing of contents in homes or businesses. Item Wrapping: Carefully wrap small items and place them in appropriate boxes for safe transport.
Minimum Qualifications: Must be physically capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Possess a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualification: Experience working in content and restoration industry IICRC Content Processing Technician (OCT) Certification
