Job Description: Content Creator and Multi-Media Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and innovative Content Creator and Multi-Media Specialist to join the Marketing and Communications team at Luminis Health. This dynamic role combines video production, photography, storytelling, and creative campaign development to produce engaging content across multiple channels, including social media, our website, and other earned and owned platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting compelling narratives, creating both short-form and long-form video content, and collaborating on creative concepts for ad campaigns that showcase our workforce and the exceptional care provided at Luminis Health.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including patient stories, promotional videos, and event highlights.Photography: Capture professional-grade photos for use in social media, website content, and marketing materials.Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually compelling multi-media content for social media channels, the website and other digital platforms. Actively contribute to and help manage the content calendar, ensuring a cohesive content curation strategy that aligns with our strategic priorities.Storytelling: Work closely with patients, families, and staff to identify and share impactful stories that highlight the mission and values of Luminis Health.Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with members of the MarCom team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns across multimedia formats.Copywriting: Write clear, engaging copy for video scripts, social media posts, and digital content.Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals and brand standards.Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in digital content creation, social media platforms, and healthcare marketing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.Strong photography skills with a portfolio demonstrating creative versatility.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) or equivalent tools.Exceptional storytelling and content writing abilities.Experience creating content for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, film production, or a related field preferred.
