ROLE SUMMARY
The key purpose of the Content Curator role is to build brand identity and brand presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia/ multichannel above -the-line and below-the-line marketing content. The scope of work extends from formulating the content strategy along with the Director - Online Trade, creating, producing and publishing content as well as using analytics to track impact of creative content and growth of customer community.
ROLE PROFILE
Full responsibility for the quality and content of the Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle brands websites, ensuring the site is up-to-date, liaising with approved third-party suppliers where necessary.Maintain brand consistency and quality while facilitating the flow and publication of information on omni-channels including websites, apps and social media.Be the brand custodian, protecting brand standards and following brand guidelines.Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics and use the findings to business advantage and enhanced customer contact.Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across brands and functions to establish a keen understanding and support projection of the brands.Collaborative, working well cross departmentally as Marketing, Buying and Merchandising.Work with the Merchandising teams to define and optimize the web merchandising operations calendar.Optimize content according to Search Engine Optimization.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate degree in Marketing or relevant field.Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing or Advertising Managerial role.Proven experience with online content management.Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.Retail background is a must.
