What You'll Do:

As a Confirmed Content Designer, you will play a key role in designing and improving content for our B2B products. You’ll work closely with UX designers, product managers, and technical teams, to create consistent and accessible user experiences. You’ll also leverage GenAI tools to help scale content practices aligned with guidelines established by the current Content Design team.
Key responsibilities:
UX Design and collaboration

Collaborate with UX designers to create interaction flows and mockups for daily projects.

Quickly develop and iterate on content solutions tailored to user needs and business goals.

Content strategy and systems

Support a Senior Content Designer in the development of global content strategies.

Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of the design system, ensuring content consistency at a global level.

Use and maintain AI tools to create content aligned with predefined guidelines set by the Content Design team.

Conduct user research with the help of our UX Research team for strategic projects.

Cross-team alignment and collaboration

Work closely with UX designers, engineers, product managers, marketing, localization and support teams to ensure strategic consistency throughout the client journey.

Align content initiatives with business needs and user feedback.

Audits and analysis

Conduct content audits to assess the effectiveness and impact of existing content.

Analyze customer data thanks to internal tools to provide implementable recommendations for improving the user experience.

Content quality and tracking

Lead content quality assurance (QA) to ensure compliance and consistency.

Identify and document content issues (bugs) and take initiative with appropriate solutions.

Who You Are:

Technical and strategic skills

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Content Designer or in a similar role in a Product Design team.

Proficiency in UX tools (Figma, FigJam, Writer, etc.) and design systems.

Ability to work in agile environments with tools (Confluence, Jira).

Strong UX writing and content structuring skills.

Willingness to work on GenAI tools.

Ability to analyze user data to inform strategic decisions.

Native level in English required.

Interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.

High attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.

Proactivity and autonomy in managing priorities and deadlines.

Education and languages

Degree in design, communication, marketing, or a related field.

Proficiency in French and English.
