We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Content Designer to join a Big 5 banking client. The successful candidate will focus on a range of customer/employee experiences within in-branch system user flows. You will collaborate closely with various product partners, designers, and content designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with different product partners and designers across various portfolios, ensuring organized and cohesive content development.
Utilize shared Excel documents to collect, review, and manage chatbot-related content submissions.
Engage with stakeholders and the development team to gain feedback on content.
Liaise with Product Owners (POs) and product designers in building out customer experiences tailored for each product group.
participate actively in content and design sprints, bringing innovation and creativity to the forefront of all projects.
Work alongside UX Researchers to enhance user experience through data-driven insights.
Manage the tracking of content updates efficiently while overseeing backlog management for submitted contents.
