Job Description
The Content Designer leverages knowledge and expertise in instructional design and adult learning theories to design and develop robust and engaging learning experiences to address knowledge gaps in support of AEI business and culture. This role is accountable to design, develop, and evaluate material aligned to learning paths that are outlined by the leaders of the Learning and Training team and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with Learning and Training team to design and develop robust, engaging, learning experiences on time, that are based on sound instructional design principles and align with adult learning theories and learning models.
+ Develop and update interactive e-learning modules, videos, simulations and other multimedia assets to engage learners and facilitate knowledge transfer.
+ Participates in continuous improvement projects or cross-functional initiatives in support of business priorities.
+ Identify issues that potentially impact compliance with learning expectations and identify potential interventions or solutions to mitigate risks.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curricula by creating and implementing measures to track outcomes and ensure alignment to business objectives.
+ Effectively communicate learning/knowledge gaps, metrics and project progress. Establish networks and relationships within and across functions to define training needs and current training progress within the organization.
+ Analyze and evaluate learning needs in support of business needs and work with stakeholders to design and develop robust, engaging learning experiences.
Qualifications
+ BA or MA in instructional design, training & development or related field.
+ Must have 5+ years of adult learning related experience. An instructional design certificate from a reputable organization is a plus.
+ Must have demonstrated a high level of core and technical competencies. Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning tools.
+ Experience creating high-quality, interactive, and effective learning solutions for web-based, webinar, or in-person learning
+ Strong portfolio of diverse content development examples and programs.
+ Advanced technical ability in various learning systems, including Articulate 360, LMS/LXP, Adobe Suite, and video editing software.
A portfolio or creative examples will be required for the hiring process. Please feel free to provide this with your application.

+ The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

+ This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Salary: $80,500 - $153,000
