Essential Job Functions

The role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Form and maintain relationships with Learning Architects, Development Managers, and Instructional Designers to ensure training meets all requirements.Professional and efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement the best learning practices.Basic content design and consulting skills.Will be able to support project management activities for Sales Enablement and the Skills and Onboarding team. This role will consist of various responsibilities including project management, content development, and team member project support.
Ability to learn how to:Conduct key interviews and discovery to prepare the core program/course objectivesAlign learning solutions with course objectives and learner needs.Create and monitor training/courses.Manage projects by coordinating and supporting development meetings, creation of project plans, and preparing core content
 Use various learning solutions and the latest most innovative technologies to develop core content.Understand and quickly adopt new, innovations, complex tools, and technologies to keep the program and core content fun and engaging for our sellers.

Must be organized with strong attention to detail; existing or willingness to learn project management, planning, process development, and organizational skillsStrong customer service skills to support internal and external customers, responsive attitudePlanning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills, including financial and global business acumenFamiliarity with learning content and content development applications, delivery solutions and innovationsDemonstrates a "can-do" spirit, ownership, and commitmentHighly motivated and able to manage constant change Strong oral and written communication skillsFamiliarity with course design and developmentExpert MS Office skillsHas advanced organizational and time management skillsBackground in writing and editing

Qualifications

Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program/Or, recent graduate receiving a Bachelor’s/Master’s degreePassionate about project management and content developmentMust be able to work independently on multiple tasks and exercise judgment within defined parametersGood Technology skills - Microsoft Office knowledge is a must (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and background knowledge of content development would be useful. Articulate program basic skills would be a plus.Ability to be collaborative, solution-focused and act with a sense of urgency, where neededStrong verbal and written communication using a variety of toolsFluent English speaker
