About the Role

The Digital Content Management Manager oversees creating, curating, and publishing digital content across platforms. They lead a team to ensure content meets brand standards, engages the target audience, and drives business objectives.

Responsibilities

Obtaining new authors and content relevant to market and business needsManaging authors including commissioning and decommissioning authors, authors ’succession planning, and building healthy pipeline of potential authorsManaging contracts, licensing, fees and royalties payable related to content commissioning activities; ensuring compliance to internal policy and processesManaging the publishing calendar, ensuring activities meet timelines, quality standards, and commissioning terms.Demonstrating and articulate subject matter expertise in the practice area relevant to portfolioDeveloping and articulate content strategy and requirements; building clear content roadmap and acquisition plan aligned to business and product strategyLeading and manage team performance to ensure key deliverables are metManaging department and commissioning budget ensuring ROI and metrics are met

Requirements

Have a bachelor's degree in law will be a plusHave 3 to 5 years of content experiencePossess prior experience in team leadership or people managementBe adept at analyzing data and deriving actionable insights to optimize content performanceHave excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teamsBe highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesBe adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
