Análisis de Métricas y KPIs: Hacer seguimiento y analizar las métricas clave de desempeño (KPIs) para optimizar estrategias y reportar resultados de manera precisa. Gestión de Proyectos Cross-Portfolio: Colaborar estrechamente con los PMs de la marca en el diseño y ejecución de actividades, asegurando una estrategia coherente, alineada con la estrategia del producto. Gestión de Presupuesto: Administrar y manejar el presupuesto del área asignada, garantizando un uso eficiente de los recursos y maximizando el retorno sobre la inversión (ROI). ¿Por qué tú?
